At Veila AI, we respect Your privacy. This policy explains how we handle data when You use our Photo Enhancer app.

Information We Collect

Uploaded Images: When You tap “Upload Image”, the photo is temporarily sent to a third-party AI processor to generate an enhanced result. We do not store or log any images on our servers.

No Personal Data: We do not collect names, emails, account data, precise location, or analytics identifiers. Apple only provides anonymous download and purchase data.

How We Use Information

We use the uploaded image solely to process and deliver the enhanced version back to Your device. No other use is made.

Ads are not present in the app at this time. If this changes in the future, You’ll be notified before activation.

Subscriptions

The app includes three weekly subscriptions — Basic, Pro, and Max — to increase enhancement limits. Basic allows up to 70 AI enhancements per week, Pro up to 180, and Max up to 385. Limits reset every 7 days and do not roll over.

Refunds are managed by Apple under App Store policies. We never receive payment or card information.

Third-Party Services

The AI provider receives only the image pixels and a random job ID. No other data is shared. Images are deleted after processing.

Security

All communication is encrypted via HTTPS. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable precautions to safeguard any transmitted data.

Your Rights

Since we do not store personal data, most data requests do not apply. If You have any concerns, contact us and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Children

This app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be published here along with the new effective date.
